You are initiating the professional preparation of a georeferenced basemap and terrain analysis package for your property.
This service provides the spatial foundation necessary for land planning, development, conservation, and decision-making.
Scope of Work
Ecotone Stewardship Consulting, LLC will prepare a Georeferenced Base Map and Terrain Analysis Package including:
• Topographic and terrain modeling
• Slope, aspect, and elevation analysis
• Hydrologic flow and drainage patterns
• Integrated GIS basemap layers suitable for planning
Deliverables
Upon completion, you will receive:
• Georeferenced PDF basemap(s)
• Individual map layers organized by topic
• GIS and Google Earth Pro-compatible data files
• Structured digital project folder
• Legend and data documentation
These materials provide the foundation for development planning, permit applications, and land management.
Fee Structure
$200 covers up to 80 acres
$1 per acre beyond 80 acres
Payment is required before work begins.
This payment is non-refundable once analysis has started.
